Whole-body cryotherapy is a treatment that requires a cryo pro sauna, a device large enough for a patient to be placed inside and subjected to temperatures as low as -220°C. Cryotherapy machines work with the use of liquid nitrogen which is plumbed into it from a liquid nitrogen tank.
